B-goods are items with minor visual defects. The material quality and workmanship correspond 1:1 to our standard items. Of course, as with all our articles, you have a full right of return.
In the case of our felt products, B goods are, for example, a seam that is not exactly straight or small creases in the material that can be removed by ironing. In the case of incense sticks, this may be minor damage to the outer packaging.
