Incense, also known as olibanum, is a resin from a so-called incense tree that is used for burning incense. Most people are familiar with this resin from the church or the story of the three holy kings. However, it is not only used in church to create a pleasant smell, but is also said to create a pleasant atmosphere.
White sage is said to be one of the strongest plants for purifying and blessing rooms, living beings or objects. Its rather strong scent is used to inhibit evil or negative energies and to create a clear contemplation.
In every ritual or retreat you will find incense. Here it is burned to release the purifying substances.
However, it is not necessary to burn the resin. It is also perfectly sufficient to let it evaporate over a tea light.

Angenehmer Duft
Habe ich das erste Mal für die Raunächte benützt, sehr angenehm, nicht zu intensiv nach Weihrauch, es hat daher auch diejenigen gestört die mit räuchern nichts anfangen können.
